Channel Intelligence gets a new head of sales


Channel Intelligence, which provides e-commerce services to manufacturers, retailers, distributors and value-added resellers, has named Lanny Tucker senior vice president of sales.

Tucker formally served in executive positions with The Benchmark Group, Car Parts Technologies, ProSoft, ComputerPREP and Hewlett Packard. He will lead Channel Intelligence’s international, multi-channel sales team that focuses on manufacturers in the computing, consumer electronics, toys, tools and other industry verticals.

Channel Intelligence develops systems to help more than 100 manufacturers use the Internet to make it easy for consumers to buy their products online or offline at more than 400 retail partners. Customers include Canon, FujiFilm, Hewlett Packard, Kodak, LG, Microsoft, Motorola and Samsung.
