Announces ChannelAdvisor Merchant NetSuite Connector

Research Triangle Park, NC – August 30, 2005 – ChannelAdvisor, the leading provider of channel management solutions (CMS), and NetSuite, the leader in on-demand business management software, announced today a new strategic alliance in which ChannelAdvisor is the first to be NetSuite’s Preferred Partner for eBay. In addition, ChannelAdvisor announced the availability of NetSuite Connector for the ChannelAdvisor Merchant platform. ChannelAdvisor NetSuite Connector provides joint customers reliable real-time connectivity.

NetSuite Connector allows Merchant customers to define a personalized integration between ChannelAdvisor and NetSuite. Because each customer requires a unique view on how the results of their business should be reflected financially, ChannelAdvisor enables them to easily manage the daily reporting of sales activities in NetSuite. NetSuite Connector functionality enables customers to:
• Automatically consolidate Merchant orders into NetSuite by eliminating costly, error-prone manual data entry.
• Provide sales, marketing and customer care a single shared view within NetSuite for customer contacts from Merchant orders.
• Allow inventory visibility from NetSuite to Merchant and synchronize your NetSuite item master data.
