Ritz Interactive is reporting that web sales in the third quarter grew by 32%.
For the quarter, Ritz reported e-commerce revenue of $19.9 million vs. $15.1 million in Q3 2005.
Ritz Interactive CEO Fred H. Lerner credits the sales increase primarily to strong consumer demand for new, state-of-the-art digital single lens reflex camera models from Nikon, Canon and others offered at the company's photo-specialty web sites. "We attribute much of our recent growth to our loyal customers upgrading their entry-level digital cameras with the latest digital technologies," says Lerner.
