Biblio.com extends its reach around the world
Asheville, NC-based Biblio.com, online retailer of used, rare, and out-of-print books, has reached an agreement with Australia-based BiblioQuest International to provide an online service for independent booksellers worldwide. BiblioQuest is the owner of BibliOZ.com, an Australian search service for out-of-print, and collectible books.
The new BibliOZ.com Reseller Program also will allow booksellers that currently list their inventory with Biblio.com to list their books through BibliOZ.com, opening a sales channel to Australia. Australia`s yearly book purchases are estimated at well over $1 billion (Australian).
Biblio.com offers 17 million titles from 2,600 independent booksellers in 24 countries.
BiblioQuest International Pty. Ltd. was established in 1994 as a specialist book search service, providing services with the major Australian bookstore chains to provide an out-of-print search referral system for their customers. The company established BibliOZ.com through reseller programs with online booksellers worldwide.
