BestBuy.com recorded the most traffic of the top 10 multi-category computers and consumer electronics sites in September, with visits increasing 23% to 11.4 million from 9.3 million a year earlier, according to Nielsen/NetRatings.
EBay Electronics ranked second, with 9.6 million visits, up 1 % from 9.5 million a year earlier; followed by CircuitCity.com, 8 million, up 16% from 6.9 million; eBay Computers, 5.6 million, down 8% from 6.1 million; OSTG, 4 million, down 3% from 4.1 million; TigerDirect.com, 3.16 million, down 2% from 3.23 million; Sony, 2.695 million, -1% from 2.717 million; CompUSA.com, 2.675 million, down 1% from 2.699; Newegg.com, 2.4 million, down 4% from 2.5 million; and Sony Electronics, 2.1, down 38% from 3.4 million.
In the top 10 multi-category computers and consumer electronics sites ranked by time per visit, Newegg.com led with 17 minutes, 32 seconds; followed by Geeks.com, 16 minutes, 39 seconds; eBay Electronics, 16 minutes, 25 seconds; TigerDirect.com, 15 minutes, 7 seconds; GameStop.com, 11 minutes, 24 seconds; CircuitCity.com, 11 minutes, 1 second; Sony, 10 minutes, 44 seconds; OSTG, 10 minutes, 33 seconds; CDW, 10 minutes, 30 seconds; and eBay Computers, 9 minutes, 55 seconds.
Also in September, Reunion.com L.L.C. led all retail goods and services advertisers in the number of online ad impressions, according to Nielsen/NetRatings AdRelevance Report.
