SPS COMMERCE SIGNS PARTNER AGREEMENT WITH PLUMRIVER
-- E-Commerce Provider Will Offer SPS` File Integration Service to Assist FACTS Customers Electronically Manage Order Information --
St. Paul, Minn., June 1, 2004 - SPS Commerce, the leading Supply Chain Integration Service provider, today announced a partner agreement with PlumRiver LLC, a provider of B2B Web solutions for manufacturers and distributors of footwear, apparel, and sporting goods. PlumRiver will resell SPS` File Integration Service along with other products and services for clients leveraging the PlumRiver B2B ERP integration infrastructure to include EDI transactions. These outsourced EDI services will allow PlumRiver customers to gain the efficiencies of fully automated EDI, without the initial and on-going costs associated with maintaining EDI infrastructure and technologies.

SPS expects to broker many similar additional partner agreements through their Business Development team over the course of 2004.
