Franklin Covey makes time for content and planning products
Franklin Covey Co., a multi-channel retailer of productivity and time management products, is rolling out a new web-enabled customer relationship management program. Called PlanPlus Online, the program features an interface to FranklinCovey.com, an enhanced internal search engine, a weekly planning tool and an e-mail center.
The integrated contact management capabilities within PlanPlus Online enable customers to track leads, organizations, contacts, tasks and sales opportunities and integrate action items with their daily task list and schedule. A simple sales process is included with the application, along with the ability to track client and opportunity history, view the activity of other team members, and create detailed reports, the retailer says.
“This application will provide mobile professionals and workgroups with access to all of their planning and contact management needs anytime and anywhere,” says Franklin Covey vice president of product management Jeff Anderson.
PlanPlus Online sells for $25 per month. A one-month introductory subscription is available for $9.95 and a three-month subscription is available for $39.95. Franklin Covey, No. 177 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide to Retail Web Sites, is rolling out more web-based products as a way to increase both its web sales and site traffic. PlanPlus Online was developed for Franklin Covey by COMPLETExRM and EBSuite.com, a pair of online CRM application development companies.
