imc², an interactive marketing agency, has named Beth Kuykendall, a veteran manager of retention programs for retailers including Limited Brands and Hollywood Video, as its vice president of database marketing.
Kuykendall will work with retail clients to implemented targeted, customized communications programs across multiple selling channels. She joins imc² from Targetbase, where she spent 19 years developing and implementing retention and cross-selling programs for several well—known brands. In addition to Limited Brands and Hollywood Video, Kuykendall handled programs for Cingular Wireless, American Honda Motor Co., Southwest Airlines Co. and The Walt Disney Co.
