Amazon.com has introduced interest-free financing on selected products in Amazon.com’s Electronics store in time for holiday shopping. The retailer also unveiled a click-to-call tool and premium delivery on selected products bought at the store.
The interest free financing will be offered on select TVs and audio products bought using an Amazon.com Credit Account. Customers can apply for instant credit online and can purchase a TV with no money down, no payments and no interest for one year.
The new click-to-call tool will allow customers to schedule a call with a product specialist by clicking on the “Call Me” link on specific product pages. A representative will call the customer back immediately or within a selected time frame and will have access to the information the customer is viewing onscreen.
The premium delivery service will be offered on all big screen TVs larger than 27 inches and includes delivery, unpacking and removal of the packing materials. The service is included at no additional charge to the standard delivery fee.
