BENOW NAMES CUTLER CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
WAKEFIELD, MA - June 29, 2004 - BeNOW, the strategic database marketing services provider, today announced that industry veteran Andy Cutler has been named the company`s chief strategy officer.
A founding member of BeNOW, Andy will continue to head up its multi-channel retail group, where he works closely with BeNOW`s retail prospects and clients to create information-driven marketing solutions that deliver breakthrough results.
In this new role, he will work closely with clients to help them analyze and interpret the data contained within the multi-channel database managed at BeNOW - and then develop analytic insights into strategies designed to grow customer relationships over time.
Over 24 years of experience in database marketing, he has become an expert at helping companies evolve from a product focus to a customer-focused marketing and sales approach.
Throughout his tenure at BeNOW, Andy has worked with leading retail companies such as SmartBargains, Four Seasons Hotels, Hammacher-Schlemmer, Atkins Nutritionals and Rhodes Furniture. Prior to joining BeNOW in 1998, Andy held several positions over an eleven-year career at relationship marketing company Epsilon, including head of business development and executive relationship manager for many of the largest accounts.
Andy is a frequent speaker at direct and database marketing gatherings and has taught relationship marketing at Bentley College. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Boston University`s School of Management.
