Loyalty Lab names a new chief of customer strategy and business development
Loyalty Lab Inc., an on-demand loyalty marketing provider for consumer brands, has named David Rosen as executive vice president, heading up Loyalty Lab’s customer strategy and business development.
Prior to joining Loyalty Lab, Rosen was senior vice president at MyPoints, a direct marketing and loyalty program, where he led customer acquisition, relationship marketing, strategic analytics and the company`s retail shopping program.
“David Rosen knows what it means to successfully communicate loyalty to consumers and understands what consumer brands need when developing loyalty programs and messaging,” says Mark H. Goldstein, CEO of Loyalty Lab. “That makes him the best person to help manage our growth and strategic customer development as we continue to move forward.”
Rosen also has been vice president, business and product development at Chipshot.com, a golf portal, and was a partner in Mercer Management Consulting`s retail and consumer products group.
