Mercent appoints a new director of service delivery
Mercent Corp. has hired former Amazon.com manager Alan Brozovich as director of service delivery.
Brozovich will report to Mercent CEO Eric Best and assist merchants with business systems integration onto the Mercent retail platform. He is the manager of the delivery systems unit.
Prior to joining Mercent, Brozovich held multiple positions at Amazon.com ranging from his initial role developing web applications for new product launches to managing the retail content tools software unit within the retail systems department. Most recently, he was the director of Internet production at not-for-profit organization World Vision, where he managed web production and e-commerce initiatives.
Mercent, an e-commerce channel and marketing services provider, was founded by a number of former Amazon.com executives. While at Amazon, Mercent CEO Eric Best managed business development for Amazon’s commerce network.
