Latest Version of Cross-Channel Retail Solution Includes Integration with the QuickAddress Pro, Newgistics SmartLabel; Enables Retailers to Improve Call Center Efficiency, Address Consumer Credit Needs

Another enhancement of the product is its integration with the QuickAddress Pro address management solution from QAS Software, an international leader in address management software. This integration delivers increased ROI for retailers and direct marketers, helping to ensure a reduction in undeliverable mail, fewer product delivery returns and bill-backs, and an improvement in call center efficiency.
Enhanced fraud detection for cross-channel commerce is also included in CWDirect 8.0. As it is often difficult to identify fraudulent patterns in a high volume retail environment, CWDirect can now invoke business rules to identify and curtail these activities, thus increasing operational efficiencies and decreasing fraud.
