DHL NAMED THE EXCLUSIVE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER FOR QUIKDROP

Leading eBay Drop-Off Store Franchise Chooses DHL for Full-Service Transportation Solution

Plantation, Fla. -- July 14, 2004 -- Global express delivery leader DHL today announced it has earned an exclusive agreement with QuikDrop International, the leading eBay drop-off store franchise, to provide U.S. and International services for all items sold on eBay that require transportation throughout the QuikDrop retail store network.

Through the new agreement, DHL will provide global transportation solutions for QuikDrop, including U.S. express, deferred and ground delivery, and international services for all shipments that require transportation direct to consumers from QuikDrop retail stores as well as to and from QuikDrop locations.

"DHL is the first major U.S. transportation carrier to be offered an exclusive arrangement with a domestic and international eBay drop-off store franchise," said Randy Clark, Executive VP of Sales for DHL. "Both pioneers in their field, DHL and QuikDrop will work together to tap the unlimited potential of the multi-billion dollar online auction industry, and provide a full service solution to customers that, until now, was not available anywhere else."

QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores provide an easy way for anyone to list their items on eBay simply and conveniently. New or used items with a value of $50 or more can be dropped off at any QuikDrop location where they are photographed and listed on eBay. Once sold, QuikDrop handles the payment and DHL shipping arrangements with the winning bidder. The seller then receives a check in the mail for the full amount of the sale, less a commission to QuikDrop.

"DHL has a solid reputation for providing reliable, full-service transportation and logistics solutions, and with its expanding presence in the U.S. we`re confident that DHL can help us further our success as we grow our retail network at home and abroad," said Murray Mead, President of QuikDrop International.

QuikDrop recently announced the expansion of 22 stores in Kentucky, Eastern Tennessee and the Cincinnati area, and are aggressively expanding in the U.S. and worldwide.
