BabyUniverse gets new CFO
BabyUniverse Inc. has named Michael Hull chief financial officer.
He joins BabyUniverse from an extended consulting engagement where he assisted a $40 billion multinational company in complying with the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Prior to that engagement, Hull was CFO of BCT International, a publicly traded franchisor of wholesale printing businesses. Previously, Hull spent 11 years with Price Waterhouse.
