Amazon.com Inc. today unveiled its Amazon.com Platinum Visa card issued by Bank One. Cardholders who spend $830 on Amazon purchases on the card will be rewarded with a $25 gift certificate.
Cardholders receive 3 points for every dollar they charge at Amazon and 1 point for every dollar elsewhere. When they accumulate 2,500 points, they receive the $25 gift certificate at Amazon.
Customers who receive the Amazon Visa card and use it at Amazon.com before Nov. 15 will earn a $20 promotional gift certificate. The card has no annual fee.
