TRAVIDIA INKS THREE-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH CANWEST INTERACTIVE TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ONLINE MARKETING SERVICES

CHICO, Calif., August 19, 2004 – Travidia Inc., the market leader in Internet marketing services for newspapers and retailers throughout North America and Europe, announced today that CanWest Interactive, the online division for Canada’s leading media group, has signed a three-year agreement for Travidia’s online integrated marketplace solutions.

CanWest Interactive is a division of CanWest Global Communications, which operates media enterprises in North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. CanWest’s newspapers include the National Post, The Vancouver Sun, Ottawa Citizen, Victoria Times-Colonist, Edmonton Journal, The Gazette (Montreal) and The Calgary Herald. They will join more than 100 newspapers being served by Travidia.

Launching in September, CanWest Interactive’s sites will feature print display advertisements online in a searchable, integrated shopping marketplace for visitors. This venue is designed to drive traffic to their Websites and maximize exposure online for the advertisers’ print message.
