Online consumer retail spending for the week ending Sept. 22 was up 22% to $704 million from the same week a year ago, comScore Media Metrix reports. Total retail sales for the week were up 5.1% from the comparable week a year ago, reports the National Retail Sales Estimate from ShopperTrak RCT.
