EDS Expands Use of Retek Retail Solution to Support Growing CRM Product Fulfillment Business

PLANO, Texas and MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota - EDS and Retek Inc. (NASDAQ:RETK)
announced today the two companies are expanding their relationship to
increase customer service capabilities for EDS` product fulfillment clients.
Responding to the customer service needs of its clients, EDS has more than
doubled its use of Retek`s retail customer relationship management (CRM)
solution to support its growing product fulfillment business. Retek Customer
Order Management (RCOM) is used by EDS to provide comprehensive outsourcing
solutions to retailers, cataloguers, and direct sellers for companies
seeking to improve customer service.
