Ex-FTD.com chief becomes president of FTD

Michael J. Soenen, former president and CEO of FTD.com Inc., has been named president and COO of FTD Inc., which took over the dot-com operation earlier this year. Soenen will report to Robert L. Norton, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of FTD Inc. FTD.com had been a separate company from FTD.

Before heading up FTD.com, Soenen was vice president, marketing and director of sales promotion for FTD.
