Under the terms of the agreement, SageMetrics and NetRatings will offer a SageMetrics web analytics solution in Europe branded as Nielsen//NetRatings Professional.
A hosted solution used by large companies such as Philips, Virgin, Cox Communications, Tesco, Discovery.com and LOreal, the solution delivers detailed intelligence about visitors, site navigation, online processes, purchasing patterns, campaign effectiveness and much more, in real time. It enables the larger online players to understand traffic from multiple sources including tagging and log file data using one system.
