AMAZON.COM EXTENDS CONTRACT WITH CELLSTAR FOR WIRELESS PRODUCTS FULFILLMENT
CARROLLTON, TEXAS, July 25, 2002 - CellStar Corporation (NASDAQ: CLST), a global value-added wireless logistics services leader, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with online retailer Amazon.com`s Cell Phones and Services store (www.amazon.com/cellphones) to provide turnkey, direct-to-consumer fulfillment for its cell phones and accessories.
CellStar is currently providing Amazon.com with fulfillment services for its complete line of cell phones and accessories. CellStar has been fulfilling cell phones and accessory orders for Amazon.com since November 2000.
