Lowes.com presents Spanish language how-to library
In a bid to capture more of the growing Hispanic home-improvement market, Lowe’s Companies Inc.’s Lowes.com is making available a Spanish-language "how-to" library of 600 projects, such as repairing a water heater or organizing a closet.
"The Spanish ‘how-to’ library is a good example of our commitment to our growing Latino-Hispanic customers, especially those who are not fluent in English," said Meg Armstrong, Lowe’s director of Internet marketing. Lowes.com is the web site for Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse.
Shoppers can access the Spanish library by logging onto Lowes.com/Spanish, but they can also link to it from a button on the English-language library. Lowes.com also offers a Spanish-language credit application.
