GO SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL REALIGNMENT

Savannah, Georgia—July 26, 2002—GO Software, Inc., a leading provider of payment processing solutions for merchants of all sizes in multiple industries, announced today a strategic realignment of its organization.

Tony Abruzzio, Executive Vice President and General Manager of GO Software, said, “Due to our growth and solid establishment as a key player in the transaction processing industry, we are realigning the organization to ensure our effectiveness and continued scalability for the future. I am excited to announce the following changes in our organization. These members of GO’s Management Team have over 80 years of experience in their fields. I am confident that these changes will help us in our ongoing mission to provide customer delight and shareholder value.”
·Robert Bruderer is promoted to Director of Software Development. In his new role, he will lead the GO Software Development team in establishing new products and adding value to the existing product line. Prior to joining GO Software, he was the Director of Technical Operations for ROI Corporation. A Captain in the U.S. Armed Forces, Robert serves as an Infantry Company Commander in the Army National Guard. Robert will be relocating to Savannah.
·Norm Hayes, as Vice President of Sales, will lead the entire Sales force including all distribution channels. Prior to joining GO Software, Norm was Director of Sales at ROI Corporation and a top nuclear officer recruiter for the U.S. Navy.
·Marco Mabante is named Vice President of Compliance & Integration and joins GO Software from ROI Corporation where he served as the Director of Technical Operations. In this role, he will lead the Quality Assurance/Product Compliance, Development Support (Product Integration), and Strategic Product Development teams. Including his tenure as Vice President of Product Development with Accelerated Card Company, Marco has more than 15 years of experience in operations and the electronic payments industry. Marco will continue to work out of the ROI Corporate offices in Kennesaw, Georgia.
·David Plaspohl is the Director of Operational Support Services and Merchant Delight and is responsible for all IT infrastructure, operations and merchant customer service. With more than 26 years of experience in IT Management, including tenure with International Paper, David previously managed all technical support and company-wide infrastructure. His duties now also include IT management of ROI Corporation’s Kennesaw, GA-based office.
·Robert Spoharski has been promoted to Controller for GO Software. Prior to joining GO Software, Robert held the position of Internal Systems Analyst at ROI Corporation and has more than ten years of financial and accounting experience in high-tech and other industries. Robert is relocating to Savannah.
·LaWanda Wright is promoted to Director of Human Resources and previously served as Manager of Human Resources at ROI Corporation. In her new role, she will continue her corporate responsibilities. LaWanda is relocating to Savannah.
