Quova Names Gary Jackson Executive Vice President of Operations
Respected Sales Veteran Targets Market Domination for Quova`s GeoPoint Service
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Aug. 12 -- Quova, Inc., the world`s leading provider and developer of Web geography services and technologies, announced today that renowned sales executive and entrepreneur Gary P. Jackson has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Operations. A 22-year industry veteran, Mr. Jackson was most recently Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Widax Corporation, and has been a key player in the successful launches of nine startup companies and was part of the original executive team of The Vantive Corporation. Mr. Jackson will be responsible for the growth and development of the market and customer base for Quova`s GeoPoint service, the revolutionary geolocation solution that instantly determines the real-world locations of web site visitors.

Mr. Jackson was also President and COO of Ozro, held sales management positions at Comshare, CSS, Microvertics and ATV Systems -- the latter three successful startups -- and has launched and sold several successful startups himself.
