IBM Integrates Scene7 Dynamic Imaging Solution
Novato, CA - August 15, 2002 - Scene7, Inc. is providing its Infinite
Imaging™ Platform to be marketed with IBM (NYSE:IBM) software and hardware
platforms. A key element of the relationship will focus on integrating
Scene7’s platform with IBM’s WebSphere Commerce™ software to provide the
complete solution to publish dynamic images across the enterprise.

The Master Relationship Agreement encompasses three key IBM divisions and
outlines working together on multiple initiatives in product development,

benefits in the evaluation, licensing, implementation and ongoing management
when adopting the solutions contemplated in the relationship agreement
announced today.
