Acquisition Expands Peopleclick`s Workforce Management Solution to Include Tools for the Over $100 Billion Staffing Industry
(RALEIGH, N.C., August 20, 2002) -- Peopleclick, the global leader in web services for enterprise workforce management, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Minneapolis-based itiliti, Inc., the leading provider of Vendor Management Systems for the procurement and management of contract labor. The acquisition broadens Peopleclick`s workforce management solution and will enable customers to use one platform for all personnel acquisitions, management and regulatory requirements.
The combination of tools for the procurement and management of both contingent and permanent labor is unprecedented in the workforce management space. When integrated, customers using Peopleclick`s workforce management solution will be able to understand, analyze, optimize, and control the time and costs of acquiring the necessary talent to deal with current economic times and market conditions. The acquisition also positions Peopleclick as the leading provider of technology to Managed Service Providers (MSP).
