New CFO for Yantra

Yantra Corp., a leading provider of e-business solutions for high-volume transaction management, has hired Mark Gallagher as chief financial officer. With over 20 years of industry experience at companies such as Parametric Technology, where he spearheaded the company's successful IPO, Gallagher will be responsible for leading Yantra's corporate financial and administrative operations, including the development and execution of Yantra's strategic business plan. Gallagher spent seven years as senior vice president of finance and administration and CFO for Parametric Technology Corp., a multinational CAD/CAM software company with annual revenues of $400 million. Most recently Gallagher was CFO at Formation Systems, a start up software company that develops and markets new product development software for the process industry.
