BuySeasons names former Office Max executive COO
BuySeaons Inc., operator of BuyCostumes.com and Deal.com, named former OfficeMax executive David Haight as its new chief operating officer.
Haight, who has 15 years experience in retail, direct marketing and e-commerce, will be responsible for customer service, distribution, finance and HR functions, and will play a critical role in driving growth and marketing initiatives, BuySeasons said.
At OfficeMax, Haight oversaw its e-commerce, catalog and direct marketing businesses, including two customer contact centers and online and direct marketing strategies.
"We’ve added a seasoned Internet and retail veteran who will help us achieve our aggressive growth goals," said BuySeasons president Jalem Getz.
