SPS COMMERCE ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF PATRICK MAURER TO VP SUPPORT SERVICES

St. Paul, Minn., September 30, 2002 - SPS Commerce, the leading Supply Chain Integration Service provider, today announced the promotion of Patrick Maurer to Vice President of Support Services. In his new position, Patrick will leverage his 13 years of experience in managing support and technology service departments to oversee the strategy of SPS Commerce`s hub and supplier support services.

In his new role, Patrick will oversee existing account management, the expansion of hub and supplier support services, including the centralization of the call center and increased online support and knowledge management tools.

Patrick joined SPS Commerce in 1999 as Director of Operations. In this position, he was instrumental in developing the Company`s Supplier Management System and online training programs. Before joining SPS, he managed the investment administration department at Investment Advisers in Minneapolis, Minn., and held several management positions at Minnesota Life`s investment, group claims and management services departments.
