(TXE:MDF), announced today that Corporate Express Canada has signed an agreement to implement Flow Systems’ enterprise product content management and publishing software. Flow’s solutions will help the Canadian leading supplier of office and computer products to streamline its product content management and publishing processes as well as to improve its customer’s online buying experience. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Flow Systems’ product content management system will enable Corporate Express to centralize the management of its product content for both its print and electronic channels, allowing the distributor to deliver consistent product information across all its customer touch points.
Flow Systems’ automated publishing solutions will enable Corporate Express to streamline the management of both its electronic and print publishing processes. To meet growing demand from its online customers, Corporate Express will be able to efficiently create and manage multiple e-catalogs and automatically syndicate the information to its EWAY.ca Web site, and trading partners purchasing Corporate Express products via e-marketplaces and e-procurement systems.
As part of a phased roll-out, Corporate Express will finally deploy Flow Systems’ sophisticated search technology on its EWAY.ca Web site. This self-service Web solution will enable online customers to quickly and intuitively find and buy products online.
