iCrossing gets a new chairman and a new COO

Search marketing company iCrossing Inc. has named Don Scales as chief operating officer, responsible for all operations and service delivery for iCrossing`s worldwide client base. Former COO Rod Lenniger will move to executive vice president focusing on technology, marketing and administration.

Before joining iCrossing, Scales was CEO of Agency.com, an interactive agency providing online marketing strategy, creative, media, analytics and technology services to Fortune 500 clients. In addition, he also served as Global COO, North American president and Western Regional president at Agency.com.

In addition, Scottsdale, AZ-based iCrossing has named Richard Rosenblatt as non-executive chairman of the board. Most recently, Rosenblatt was CEO of Intermix Media Inc. and chairman of the board of Myspace.com. During his 18-month tenure as CEO, Intermix`s public market capitalization grew from approximately $70 million to nearly $600 million and the company subsequently was acquired by News Corp. last September.

"I am excited to work with iCrossing and its innovative management team as the company continues to build momentum around natural search and customer-initiated advertising and marketing," Rosenblatt said.

Before leading Intermix, Rosenblatt co-founded and was chairman and CEO of iMALL until its sale to Excite@Home for $565 million.
