RedEnvelope’s Father’s Day sales double from last year
Along with the departure of President Tom Bazzone, RedEnvelope.com announced today that sales for Father’s Day grew 100% over last year. It also said that more than 500,000 consumers have purchased from the company since its inception in 1997 and more than half of those customers have purchased over this past year.
Mother’s Day sales at RedEnvelope.com increased 85% over the year earlier level. A company spokeswoman says the company is on track to reach profitability in the third quarter.
