Miva names new CEO and president
Online marketing network Miva Inc. has named Peter A. Carrao as chief executive officer to replace founder, chairman and former CEO Craig Pisaris-Henderson, who has resigned. Seb Bishop, the company’s chief marketing officer, has been named president, replacing Phillip Thune, who also has resigned.
Both Pisaris-Henderson and Thune will retain theirs seats on Miva’s board.
“We want to thank Craig and Phillip for their service and dedication to Miva,” Corrao said. “Their hard work and contribution was an important part of our overall growth as a global company.”
The Miva board also announced that Larry Weber, a marketing and digital media executive serving on the board, has assumed the position of non-executive chairman.
Miva also announced the promotion of James Harrell to vice president and general manager of its Miva Small Business Division.
