MoreVisibility to provide search positioning to OmahaSteaks.com


MoreVisibility.com has signed a deal with OmahaSteaks.com, the online unit of Omaha Steaks, to provide search engine optimization. The agreement grew out of what MyVisibility.com president Andrew Wetzler called a successful pilot project in search engine optimization to draw more traffic and sales to the Omaha Steaks web site; the company didn’t reveal details of that project. As part of the new project, Omaha Steaks has specified more than 40 keywords that direct web surfers to OmahaSteaks.com, based on a wide variety of products the company offers, including premium steaks, red meats and other gourmet specialties.

“Companies can spend millions building web sites, but if no one can find the site, it’s money wasted,” says Wetzler. “Since 95% of all Internet users begin their web travel at a major search engine, we improve a client’s search engine position and increase the quality of the shopper visiting the site.”
