Neeps launches a niche site for a small market

Demonstrating the power of the Internet to serve niche markets, Neeps Inc. has just launched a web site serving a small market – literally. Neeps’s newest e-commerce web site is MyLittleK9.com, a site devoted to products for small dogs. The rationale, says Neeps, is that owners of small dogs don’t want to search through products for larger breeds.

MyLittleK9.com is Neeps’s 14th e-commerce site. Other Neeps sites include ActiveK9.com, PetCareCentral.com, RabbitCentral.com, CritterStore.com, AnimalCages.com, QualityDogTreats.com, HealthyPetStore.com, TheKittyStore.com, MyFreeHamster.com, FerretMart.com, BuyDingo.com and NeepsWholesale.com.

Neeps says it plans to launch another 25-30 sites this year. Neeps launched its first online store—The FerretStore.com—in 1994.
