Supply Chain Execution Leader Plans To Augment Offering with Premier Transportation Execution Capability, Adding Transportation Planning, Carrier Product Portfolio and Large Blue-Chip Customer Base

Burlington, MA - October 23, 2002 - Logistics.com, Inc., a leader in integrated logistics planning and execution solutions for shippers and carriers, today announced that it has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of its assets by Manhattan Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH), the global leader in extended supply chain execution solutions.
