Partnership with Open Orchard to Provide First and Only Integrated On-line
Business Application for Small and Medium Enterprises in the UK
LONDON, Oct. 31, 2002 -- NetLedger, a leading provider of application software,
has joined forces with Open Orchard, a new BT-backed UK software solutions
provider for small to mid-tier businesses, in an exclusive partnership
to bring NetLedger`s widely-used online business management services to
the UK market.
These new services include NetSuite, an easy-to-use business application

management, purchasing and e-commerce. The partnership also brings NetCRM
