Whistler, BC - October 31, 2002 - Congruent Software Inc. and Paradata Systems Inc. have partnered to deliver integrated electronic payment capabilities into Great Plains CRM/Accounting packages. The integrated solution will help mid-market merchants streamline processes and improve business efficiencies to better capture the economic benefits of their CRM and accounting packages.
According to Microsoft, the CRM business is expected to grow to $14 billion by 2005. Currently only 20% of mid-market businesses and 1%-2% of small businesses use CRM. With a focus on SME merchants, Great Plains is positioning itself to capture a large portion of this projected growth.
