Fry names new manager for reporting and analytics, user experience group

Cathy Callaway Parish, formerly senior data analyst for Fry Inc., has rejoined the company as manager for reporting and analytics for its user experience group. Most recently, Parish was senior data and marketing strategist for Enlighten in Ann Arbor, MI.

“Cathy has already proved to be an invaluable member of the Fry team” says Dana Hawes-Davis, Fry’s director of user experience. “Her experience will help us continue our growth and deliver exceptional sites that connect with our clients’ consumers.”

Prior to Enlighten and Fry, Parish held management and analyst positions for Borders Group Inc., Waldenbooks and Nabisco Biscuit Co. In her new role, she will manage web analysts and oversee data analytics efforts. She will work collaboratively with Fry’s clients to develop metrics that fully maximize online marketing and sales efforts.

Fry’s user experience group – providing information architecture, interface planning, and usability testing and analysis – applies interactive design principles, best practices and over 11 years of applied web site design knowledge to create an experience that meets its clients’ customers` needs.
