Under the new multi-year contract, AT&T will provide enterprise hosting and voice services to support 1-800-FLOWERS.COM`s online retail business and retail locations nationwide.
AT&T`s Enterprise Hosting Services will promote virtually uninterrupted access and improved performance of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM`s critical business data and applications, which will help streamline online ordering, processing and product distribution. In addition to hosting services, AT&T will provide advanced toll-free calling services for 1-800-FLOWERS.COM. These services will help provide high-quality customer service, order processing and communications among retail locations.
