Forrester analyst joins marketing company
Eric Schmitt, a former Forrester Research analyst specializing in online marketing and analytics, has joined marketing company Allant as executive vice president and senior principal in its Professional Services Group.
Allant applies predictive intelligence, strategic and analytic services and marketing automation to marketing campaigns. It was founded in 1984.
The company says Schmitt will serve as a key architect of the company’s growth strategy and corporate development and will work with senior executives on crafting their marketing programs.
Schmitt was with Forrester Research for more than eight years and has published more than 150 best practices, forecasts and vendor assessment research reports on topics including database and direct marketing, CRM, the future of TV advertising, e-mail marketing and web analytics.
