Search marketing company Commerce360 lands a second round of funding
Commerce360, a software-based search marketing company for paid search and search engine optimization, has closed a new round of funding, led by PA Early Stage Partners with participation by First Round Capital, Terrapin Partners and Internet Capital Group.
The company did not reveal the amount of the investment, reporting only that is “major” funding. The company was founded in 2006 with funding from First Round Capital, Terrapin Partners and Internet Capital Group.
Commerce360 says it will use the new funds to expand sales and marketing and to fill out its development team with significant hiring.
“The online marketing market is the bull market of the next decade,” says Doug Alexander, managing director at Internet Capital Group. “We have tremendous confidence in this team’s ability to make the most of the opportunity.”
