VistaPrint executive pay tops $5 million in fiscal 2007
Online custom print products retailer VistaPrint Ltd. paid top executives $5.06 million in fiscal 2007, ended June 30, 2007. The compensation figure includes $1.3 million paid to president and CEO Robert Keane, according to the company’s recently filed proxy statement.
Keane’s pay package included $337,050 in base salary, $408,125 in stock options awards and $562,960 in incentives. Harpreet Grewal, executive vice president and chief financial officer, received $1.3 million in total compensation including a base salary of $168,750, $255,866 in option awards and $213,792 in incentives. Grewal joined the company Oct. 2, 2006, following the resignation of former CFO Paul Flanagan.
Executive vice president and chief people officer Anne Drapeau’s pay package totaled $910,812. The figure included a $225,000 base salary, $394,156 in option awards and $285,056 in incentives.
Janet Holian, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, received compensation totaling $797,854, which included a base of $225,000, $281,198 in option awards and $285,056 in incentives.
Wendy Cebula, executive vice president and chief operating officer, received $720,675 in total compensation, including a $212,404 base, $281,198 in option awards and $220,473 in incentives.
VistaPrint, No. 79 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, generated net income of $27.1 million on revenue of $255.9 million in FY 2007 compared with net income of $19.2 million on sales of $152.1 million for fiscal 2006.
