The Direct Marketing Association this week added to its board of directors three executives from multi-channel merchants: Mary Miller, senior vice president and chief marketing officer of PetSmart Inc.; Steven Lightman, president and CEO of The Sharper Image Corp., and Bill Bass, a former Sears and Lands’End e-commerce executive who is co-founder and CEO of organic apparel retailer Fair Indigo.
The DMA, an industry trade group for direct merchants, is holding its annual meeting this week in Chicago.
