eStara, a provider of multi-channel communications solutions linking buyers and sellers, has promoted Joe Siegrist to chief technology officer and Thibaut Behaghel to general manager of eStara’s European office. The company also has named Nancy Lieberman senior director of marketing.
As CTO, Siegrist directs software development and systems operations for eStara. He has more than a decade of experience developing Internet telephony applications and is the co-inventor of the first PC to phone e-commerce application.
Behaghel will be responsible for growing eStara’s business in click-to-call and call-tracing for enterprises and local media. Behaghel has more than 10 years of experience working with global enterprises to integrate offline and online contact channels to improve sales and marketing results.
Lieberman, who has more than 20 years of high technology experience, oversees eStara’s marketing communications and sales support areas. She previously served as vice president of marketing at EnvoyWorldWide.
