(Nasdaq: ESHR), a leading provider of Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, announced today that NetAgent Suite 5.0, the latest version of the company`s award-winning contact center management solution, has been released to South American markets.
eshare made the announcement at the CRM Solutions Week 2001 convention at the International Trade Mart in Sao Paulo. With nearly 6,000 attendees, the show is one of the industry`s largest. eshare, located in Booth #23, also made its Siebel-NetAgent and Siebel-Conversations solutions available to its South American offices and vendors. Siebel Systems, Inc. validated the two eshare solutions last month.
