SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 5, 2001¾Vcommerce Corporation, a provider of
multi-channel commerce integration services, today announced the formation
of an expert advisory board for its Vcommerce Certified Direct Ship Network.
Initially comprised of industry experts from Jupiter Media Metrix, the
e-tailing group, Marketing Systems Analysis, Inc. and Baker and Taylor,
Inc., the advisory board will provide Vcommerce with an external perspective
and critique of its rigorous vendor certification process and standards.
Darren Bien, Lauren Freedman, Ernest Schell and Sara Yackey today joined the
Vcommerce Vendor Certification Advisory Board as charter members.

fulfillment and offer both customer and industry perspectives," said John

Systems Forum and director of Marketing Services Alliance, providing
outsource services management for third-party, telemarketing, product
fulfillment and database marketing. A consultant since 1985, he has helped

Sara B. Yackey, director, fulfillment services, Baker and Taylor, Inc.

of management experience in sales, fulfillment distribution, operations
administration and customer service in private industries and
domestic/international manufacturing. Yackey manages fulfillment operations,
customer management and marketing services with a focus on the creation of
unique business solutions to expand the market base.
