PC Mall paid its top executives $2.43 million in 2006

Direct computer and electronics retailer PC Mall Inc.’s president and CEO Frank Khulusi was paid $1.04 million in 2006. Kristin Rogers, executive vice president of sales, received $493,846, according to the company’s proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Khulusi’s pay package comprised a base salary of $767,702, stock option awards of $103,740, and $168,058 in incentives and other compensation for the 2006 fiscal year, ended Dec. 31, 2006.

Rogers received a total of $493,846. The breakdown: a base salary of $296,403, stock options totaling $98,917, and $98,526 in bonuses and other compensation. Daniel DeVries, executive vice president of marketing, was paid $412,673, derived from $257,500 in salary, a $78,143 bonus, and $77,030 in stock options awards and other compensation.

Theodore Sanders, former chief financial officer, was paid $482,796 for 2006, including a base salary of $300,000, stock option awards of $81,691 and $84,384 in incentives. Sanders resigned June 30, 2007.

PC Mall, No. 73 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide, reported web sales of $167.9 million for 2006, up 2.96% from $162.7 in the prior year. Total 2006 sales rose 0.86% to $1.005 billion from $997.2 million in the previous year.
