Sears revives Wish Book, tying it in with web and store channels

The Sears Wish Book Catalog is back and features toys, apparel, jewelry, appliances, tools and holiday items. The new catalog will highlight items available in additional styles or colors online or in-store.

After a 14-year hiatus, the new Wish Book also features items that are “Ready in 5,” products that can be ordered online at Sears.com and picked up at the store of the customer’s choice -- less than five minutes after the customer arrives, the company says. Sears.com is owned and operated by Sears Holdings Corp., No. 7 in the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide.

The 188-page catalog is now available and includes a selection of gift ideas from all product categories at Sears. Smaller than its predecessors, the catalog will be distributed to fewer customers, Sears says, and is available online to cut down on paper use.
